Eiger Lab brings an enhanced level of support by ‘visually’ allowing the customer into the one of Eiger Design’s laboratories whilst also giving the customer the ability to access one of Eiger Design’s J-Testr Next Gen systems remotely.​

Video Features

Eiger Lab provides both a demonstration area and laboratory (commissioning) area that is covered by a 4K PTZ (pan, tit and 15x zoom) high quality camera. This camera can be controlled by Eiger design or the customer during interactive sessions, allowing the customer a new level of visibly during interactive sessions.

As well as the PTZ camera, a desktop camera can also be setup to give visual angles that the PTZ cannot access, improving the interactive experience further.

Remote Access Features

The Eiger Lab PC can be setup with remote access such that the customer can take control of the demonstration equipment directly, either with Eiger Design or as part of an evaluation of the equipment.
This allows the customer to familiarize themselves with the J-Testr product before committing to any purchase, without the hassles of equipment being exported, handled and setup at the customer premises.
