Eiger Design GmbH offers a full Bed of Nails customisation service to suit the specific requirement of a customer’s UUT device. The customisation includes all, or some, of the following services. All fixture customisations are provided with a parts list, maintenance guide and user guide documents.

For a successful customization the below, minimum, information.data is required to be supplied by the customer:
  • Fully assembled PCB
  • Empty (not populated) UUT
  • Pictures of the top and bottom of the assembled PCB
  • Pictures origination photo
  • PCB Gerber or ODB++ data
  • Paneling information (if applicable)
  • 3D model (preferred) or 3D drawings
  • Test point list with X, Y coordinates (to defined reference point)

Depending on the application, other information that maybe required are:

  • LED X, Y location list with X, Y coordinates and maximum height information
  • Standard connector information
  • RF connector information
  • Wiring information (normally combined with a full ‘turn key’ test solutions)
